1. Introduction

Charme Dance AI (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you visit the website, create an account, upload a portrait, generate an AI video, or contact support.

By using the service, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

1. Account Information — Name, email address, profile image if supplied, authentication identifiers, and account/session records needed to operate sign-in and account settings.
2. Uploaded Portrait Photos — The JPG, PNG, or WebP image you submit, up to 15 MB, together with associated task and storage records.
3. Generated Videos and Task Data — Generated 15-second MP4 files, output format, quality, task status, failure information, and related media records.
4. Credits and Payment Records — Credit allocations, deductions, refunds, plan details, order status, and payment-provider identifiers. Payment-card details are entered on the payment provider’s hosted checkout and are not stored by us.
5. Technical and Security Data — IP address, browser information, timestamps, request logs, rate-limit data, moderation outcomes, and diagnostic records used to secure and operate the service.
6. Communications — Information you provide in support, abuse, privacy, or billing requests.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Authenticate users and maintain sessions.
• Moderate uploaded images before generation.
• Submit approved generation tasks and return generated videos.
• Store, preview, and deliver uploaded or generated media.
• Calculate credits, process purchases, and return credits for confirmed task failures.
• Prevent abuse, enforce the Terms of Service, investigate reports, and secure the service.
• Respond to support, billing, privacy, and content-reporting requests.
• Measure aggregate site performance when analytics services are enabled.

We do not use personal portrait uploads to train or fine-tune public foundation AI models without explicit consent.

4. Uploaded Photos and AI Video Generation

An uploaded photo is used to perform an automated image-safety check and, if accepted, to create the requested video. The photo may be stored in object storage and referenced by generation tasks so the result can be produced and delivered.

Video generation is powered by Wan 3.0 through KIE AI. The portrait and relevant task inputs may be transmitted to that provider for the purpose of completing the requested generation. We do not represent that a third-party provider has no separate retention or abuse-review practices; those services process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Generated outputs can vary because AI video is probabilistic. We do not guarantee a frame-perfect likeness or that every generated frame will match the source photo.

5. Storage and Retention

Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare R2 are used for application execution, media storage, and delivery. Account and transaction records are stored in the application database. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce terms, and meet legal obligations.

Self-service automated deletion of every uploaded photo, generated video, session record, or transaction record is not currently available. To request deletion, contact support@charmedanceai.app or use the Contact Page. We will review the request and delete or anonymize data where appropriate. Some records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, security, chargeback handling, legal compliance, or the establishment and defense of legal claims. We will explain material retention limits when responding.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We use service providers for specific operational purposes:

• Cloudflare Workers / R2 — Application hosting, edge delivery, object storage, security, and related infrastructure.
• KIE AI / Wan 3.0 — AI video generation from the approved portrait and task inputs.
• OpenAI — Automated image-safety moderation before generation.
• Waffo Pancake — Payment processing and hosted checkout when payment is enabled.
• Google — OAuth sign-in when Google authentication is enabled and used by the user.
• Analytics providers — Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or Plausible only when the corresponding analytics configuration is enabled.

These providers process information for the purposes described above and may operate under their own privacy terms.

7. Disclosure of Information

We may disclose information:

• To service providers that help operate the product.
• When necessary to investigate abuse, fraud, security incidents, or reported content.
• To comply with legal process or protect rights, safety, and service integrity.
• As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of relevant assets, subject to applicable safeguards.

We do not sell portrait photos or generated videos as a data product.

8. Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, cloud infrastructure, rate limiting, and moderation checks intended to protect the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

9. Your Choices and Requests

You may review available account and credit information in Account Settings. You can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support with the email associated with your account and any relevant task or media information. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder.

10. Children

The generation service is for adults. Uploading photos of minors or using the service to create sexual or exploitative content involving minors is prohibited. Reports involving minors are prioritized for review.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the service, providers, or legal obligations change. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page.
